ABS publishes real per-LGA age structure, so we surface the cohort sizes that actually matter for maternal & child commissioning: 161,011 children 0-14 (17.3% of the SNHN catchment) and approximately 192,379 women of reproductive age. AIHW Mothers & Babies (smoking-in-pregnancy, low-birthweight, antenatal attendance, C-section, pre-term, teen births) publishes at national / state level only — we disclose that rather than apply national rates and call them per-PHN.

AIHW Mothers & Babies publishes maternal indicators at national/state level — not per-PHN. Intentionally omitted.
AIHW PHN release does include childhood immunisation per PHN — that's the real data in Tool 17.
AEDC publishes 1+ domain vulnerability per PHN but the table isn't ingested yet — disclosed, not fabricated.
Fertility rates / TFR per PHN are not published by ABS — disclosed as gap.
Perinatal mental-health prevalence (PANDA) is national only — per-PHN extract requires GP screening data.
Women-15-49 count per LGA is an estimate (50% of the 15-49 age-band) — ABS ERP at LGA × age × sex requires the GCP cube cross which isn't currently in our slice.
